Alphabeta Global Shipping LLC is a Dubai/SaudiArabia-based global logistics firm. I was tasked to lead a complete brand redesign. This is a deliverable from the research phase where I conducted competitor & market analysis to establish what the new design language should be. This UX audit is a part of this project.
Context
A senior executive from Alphabeta Global Shipping LLC had consulted me about a brand design project. This is one of the deliverables from the research phase.
Approach
A complete in-depth UX audit of alphabetaglobal.com was conducted to properly summarize the issues with the digital experience. This UX audit file is meant to bring all of these issues to the client's attention & explain why such issues hurt conversions as well as how to possibly correct them.
Outcome
The audit was completed & the appropriate recommendations to correct the issues stated were given to notify the client that all these issues are easily fixed with thoughtful design & attention to detail.
